HINBEN Algae SolaRoof Systems HINBEN MODULAR SYSTEMS HINBEN SolaRoof Algae Fish Hydroponics System Modular Aluminum Structure The LifeSynthesis structure is better by design, having fewer components and greater efficiency and simplicity than conventional plastic or glass greenhouses. The prefabricated, pre-engineered structure is quickly and precisely assembled and erected on-site by means of bolted assembly and modular construction. A site preparation and a pre-cast footing system is specified for local delivery. The standard bay width is 8 meters. Columns are typically placed on an 8 by 8 meter footing grid. The bay width or free span can be custom ordered for special projects. The overall height of the greenhouse above the floor grade is 6 meters (typical) and provides a climate controlled production area with 4 meters of clear space overhead. The structure is highly resistant to high snow load, hail, torrential rain, hurricane force wind and earthquakes. Our patented aluminum XBioGrow structure is all structural-alloy aluminum construction that can be unconditionally guaranteed for 30 years.
